Ga-Las will offer, over time shipping coupons and also gift voucher to customers and these offerings are limited to what has been termed in the gift itself. International Shipping Policy
At Ga-Las online shop, we aim to deliver your order to you within 5 - 10 working days, from the day you receive the Order Shipped email notification. Shipping time will depend on our courier partners' dispatching schedules and routing.
International shipping will strictly be handled by DHL. This service comes with tracking which will be supplied once the item has been shipped. Changes on the shipping cost will entirely be depending on the rates given by our courier services company. Contact us if you have trouble to estimate your shipping cost. There will be some wrapping, cushioning and insulation applied to some packaging.
We will not be responsible for any taxes or additional charges imposed by recipient country authorities
For items that come in boxes, weight is predetermined by dimension index (width X length X height) set by Courier Company.
Local Shipping Policy
We gladly accept returns of items that are intact and free of any signs of wear.
We will process your returns within 5 business days of receipt by our warehouse and issue your refund using your original payment method. Just follow our steps to get your return started and your money (or credit) back.

Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Items returned after 30 days will be accepted at our discretion. We are not responsible for damage to products in transit back to us.
